Lux Arumque

Hey Everyone,

Tonight was the first Christmas at Luther performance! I was pretty nervous as the time got closer to the opening of the show. Norseman actually opens up the show with a difficult a capella piece, so we were all a little nervous as we filed into the choir loft of the Center for Faith and Life (CFL). Overall, the show was a big hit and I'm really excited to perform it again.

And with today being Christmas at Luther time, it was also a HUGE prospective student visit day, with music auditions, and tours of campus, and kids getting to see the show at night. I actually came at this time last year to audition for a voice scholarship and see my first Christmas at Luther. It really brought back a lot of memories, I can't believe it's been a whole year already!

Besides all the Christmas stuff that's been going on though, I've just been beginning to prepare for finals, which are just around the corner--a whole semester of college gone already.

Anyway, take care, and I'll be back soon,

Alex
